Our online Roofing Estimate Calculator provides a preliminary price range based on the information you enter and general market pricing for the Greater Moncton area. This estimate is for budgeting purposes only and is subject to change. It does not constitute a binding quote, offer, or contract.
Final pricing is determined after an on-site assessment of your property by one of our representatives, and will account for factors that cannot be captured in an online tool, including roof condition, structural issues, access constraints, and material availability at the time of scheduling.
Submitting a contact form or roofing calculator result is a request for us to contact you — it is not a service agreement. No work will be performed and no fees will be charged until you have received and signed a written quote or contract from J.A. Kelly Contracting Services Inc.
